The restaurant reflects the area's fame for locally grown and reared produce witch makes eating at the Couvent d'Oulias an epicurean highlight of your stay.

The chef offers you a gastronomic and creative cooking using regional products : the world famous pink garlic of Lautrec, Tarn duck, meats from Lacaune, trout, local cheeses and fruits.

We also prepare delicious specialities from Sweden. like "köttbullar med lingon" meatballs with lingonberry jam...
Depending on the season you can taste mushrooms and game.

Our prices are accessible to everybody. For example the daily lunch is 9 € and our dinner menu is 22 €.

We can take care of dinner parties, feasts and groups, personnalised for the individual tastes.

Every thursday evening, in summertime, we offer you a barbecue accompanied by a vegetable buffet.
