Using the Green Revolution Energy Converter (GREC) end plate as a form placed on the glueing granite table assures good precision.
Prof. Pareilh-Peyrou is distributing glue evenly on all surfaces before putting it all together using the end plate with mounted shells as a precision press being able to set a correct thickness.
The Green Revolution Energy Converter LabModel v.2 has two (2) layers so it requires two (2) Revolving Shutter disk, one for each layer. Each single disk is a three (3) disks sandwich construction consisting of two aluminium disks with a wooden (balsa) interior disk, i.e. four contact surfaces to spread glue on for each disk.
