Using the Revolution Energy Converter (REC) end plate as a form placed on the glueing granite table assures good precision.
Mr Pareilh-Peyrou is distributing glue evenly on all surfaces before putting it all together using the end plate with mounted shells as a precision press being able to set a correct thickness.
This Revolving Shutter is a three (3) disks sandwich construction consisting of two aluminium disks with a wooden (balsa) interior disk. I.e. four contact surfaces for glueing before tightening the Revolution Energy Converter form.
